一般的に、クリーンルーム内で使用される空気圧機器はダクトを排気する配管が排気を解放することが必要です。クリーンルームエキゾーストクリーナ（シリーズAMP）はダクトを排気する配管を排除が可能。
さらに配管取付作業とスペースを削減するために、クリーンルーム用エキゾーストフィルタ SFEはクリーンルーム内の空気の直接排気に空気圧機器に装着することが可能。それで、掃除機排出する配管が不要となる。
