Lubricator is necessary for lube type actuator, but it is not 
necessary for non-lube actuator.
However, lubricator can be used in non-lube actuator to increase actuator life cycle. Once lubricator is used,
it is necessary to maintain lubrication as the grease inside the actuator will wash out.
